ABOUT YOUR VISIT
BUYING TICKETS ONLINE
You can buy tickets for all our performances directly on our website, which will redirect you to the GoOut.net sales system.
In case you want to return or exchange your ticket for another date, you can contact the sales system directly at info@goout.cz.
BUYING TICKETS IN PERSON
Box Office is located directly in the theatre building and is open alway one hour before the performance. In case you want to return or exchange your ticket bought in the box office, contact our sales department at pokladna@divadlobravo.cz.
TICKET DISCOUNTS
Each ensemble and each performance has its own price categories, please follow them. If you have purchased a discounted ticket, you will be asked to provide proof of eligibility for the discount (student card, ISIC, travel document, etc.) at the door.
TICKETS FOR GROUPS
If you want to visit our theatre in a larger group, we can offer you a group discount individually. Please contact our sales department at pokladna@divadlobravo.cz.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The BRAVO! theatre is wheelchair accessible and has a special accessible toilet. However it has only one wheelchair accessible place. We kindly ask you to announce your visit in advance.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can purchase gift vouchers in two versions:

PAPER VOUCHERS are available for purchase at our box office. They are valid for one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st) and have a value of 500 CZK.

ELECTRONIC VOUCHERS can be purchased via the GoOut system. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and any unused amount can be applied to a future purchase. You can buy them HERE.
MERCHANDISING
You can purchase merch at the theatre box office one hour before and after each performance.
Or you can order in advance by emailing info@unitedarts.cz and pick it up at the box office.

EVENTS, PRIVATE SHOWS & BUSINESS PARTIES
We are ready to welcome you and your partners for a private event or show. If you are interested in organizing an event with us, please contact our business manager Monika at monika@unitedarts.cz.
PARKING
You can park in a large section of Branická street and nearby streets. You can pay parking fee at the machines or on the app.
Unfortunately, there is no larger parking lot in the area.
Due to the small parking capacity, we recommend using public transport and then enjoy the romantic Braník in the evening.
FOOD & DRINKS
The theatre has its own B! Café, where you can enjoy a good drink and a small meal, snack or dessert.
Café is open every day from 9:00 to 21:00.
If you bought tickets to our VIP section with tables, you can enjoy good wine or a small snack even during the show.
DRESS CODE
Nejsme zlatá kaplička, takže kravata ani lodičky nejsou vyžadovány, ovšem potěší. 😊
PETS AND ANIMALS
We love them, but we have to respect the allergies and intolerances of our visitors. That’s why it’s strictly forbidden to bring any animals into the theatre. The only exception is properly trained and marked assistance dogs.
